Just bought four books to read

I watch The Real talk show and one of the hosts Jeannie Mai posted on Instagram about a book she chose for her book club. It's called Life Lessons: Everything You Ever Wished You Had Learned in Kindergarten by Donnalynn Civello. I was interested in this book and went to the library to see if they have it to borrow. Unfortunately, they do not carry this book. I've been debating whether to buy it or not, as usually I do not read those types of books, and today I took the plunge and got a copy. And while I was book shopping I also bought three more books I've been wanting to get but kept postponing. These are fiction books: People Kill People by Ellen Hopkins, The Bane Chronicles by Cassandra Clare, and Queen of Air and Darkness - book 3 of The Dark Artifices series by Cassandra Clare. I bought everything from Amazon, so I got free shipping. All books were under $20. The total came to around $64, which is much cheaper than it would have been had I bought everything from Barnes & Noble and even used their discount offer. Not bad at all. Can't wait to read these books! Any books you bought lately?
