in my language, bahasa indonesia, some men are called "berhidung belang" which literally means a man with striped nose. every language is unique and often incomparable.
when a man is called having striped nose, it is not a praise, but it is a mock. this term is used to called a dan juan or womanizer, a man who has relationship with several women and not having responsibility.
