My big brother really feels how hot the climate 's temperature here. We have 2 big stand fans in the living room but he wanted a ceiling fan that should cover the dining table. ( There is no division of rooms for our living and dining room).
So last week's Wednesday, he and my sister bought this ceiling fan. When we switch it on, half of the living room and the dining table get aerated with the wind from the fan. However when my son is home, we use the big stand fan and let it rotate so it reaches where he sits with his laptop.
I hope now that the cold season is coming, we won't always use the fans.

We are supposed to be feeling a bit colder this time of they year. Even our weather forecast have already predicted that we will start feeling the cold air but so far it is not yet evident for now. I guess the cold spell will hit us later in December again.

Yes, fans are of no use in winters! But it was necessary during the hot climate you will be having a pleasant ambience net year when you have heat in the room because of this new ceiling fan!
We are having the starting of winter here in India now!

my son switches on the fan at night, but he uses hos blanket. and no, we do not have winter here but just the cold season.
