Brian Mulkern who is a firefighter is being called a hero when he saved the lives of two people who were trapped inside an auto that was dangling over a pier in Charleston Massachusetts. Despite the fact that Brian was off the clock when he was having dinner at a restaurant on Wednesday evening, he saw an auto that traveled forward when it almost fell into the water. Brian with the help of bystanders who assisted him in keeping the dangling auto from falling into the water, was able to grab a man and a woman from a tragic end. The male driver of the auto admitted he made an error by stepping on the has pedal instead of going on reverse at the time of the accident. Thanks to the actions of Brian and the bystanders, no one was injured in the accident. Brian who is currently taking courses at Bunker Hill Community College is studying to be a nurse when he graduates from college.

Wow, he was certainly in the right place at the right time. Good for him - and the others that helped.
