Eat Your Fill in Juneau

Another town they say you can enjoy living in is the capital of Alaska, Juneau. That is of course if you don’t mind the cold. It is also not a place for those who are dieting but it is a place for those who love food. Here you can find the freshest king crabs in America. The city is also home to three places from James Beard Award nominee Beau Schooler. So the food is delicious and plentiful. You don’t have to worry about weight gain though because all about you can find plenty of hiking trails leading into the Alaskan wilderness which practically starts in the very center of town. This is another small town in America that comes highly recommended.

My parents went to Juneau. A dumb place for the capitol as it is only accessible by sea or air.

Some friends of mine lived in Alaska for some time but moved back to NC. It does look lovely but can be oh so cold!

I also know people who went there and they said it would be alright to live as you can get used to it but the summer is so awfully short @garrymarsh6

I am there right now, in spirit. I would love to chill out there if I could beam there ASAP. Stuck here thinking about it and it is a good thing to think about.
