Beep Beep Beep

The sound of construction. Houses are being built around me. Sad. But it is reality. A lot of dirt being hauled in and out right now. All I hear from early morning through the day is... Beep beep beep. The sound of the trucks backing up as they deliver the dirt. And the cement trucks as well.
I prefer cows over people as neighbors. But you don't always get what you want in life do you?

I am glad that I live in an area not too many people seem to want to move too.

@CarolDM That would cause me to move. We are on the poor side of the county, so everyone wants to move away.

There is always construction somewhere close by. No, we don't always get what we want. Thankfully we can choose the movies we watch.

I know how annoying it can be. In India, ti is construction all the time. I chose this house because it was surrounded with greenery. Now I have apartments all around me and now this metro construction has come up. It has been going since years and I do not have a better place in city to move. It is the same story everywhere.

That must be so hard for you, and yes, we don't always get what we want in life. The best thing to do is to learn to find inner peace even amidst all the noises and struggles we go through in life.

I would be wanting to wear earplugs or play loud music. Those persistent sounds are frustrating.

I can relate. 
When our neighbor now on our left, was still constructing their house, we experienced that. Lots of noise and the small rugged road of our neighborhood would get muddy when it rains.
