You can find some groups on facebook for selling stuff. It's much better than just sharing on your own wall.

When you want to sell something, you can't just expect someone to buy it. You have to have the ability to sell it, and that requires a certain skill. Anyone can acquire something to sell, but not everyone has the ability to be a salesperson who can make the right pitch and get people willing to actually buy it. It's why the only people who make money from Avon, Shaklee, Mary Kay and things like that are the companies who make the products. Most of the people trying to make money from these things have no business experience, and are not sales oriented, and therefore, the hopeful seller usually fails because they don't understand how to sell stuff. They just think things sell themselves. That's not how it works. Selling is hard work, and you have to work hard at it and most importantly, you have to actually be good at it. There is no easy way.
