Kitchen Pet Peeves

There is a number of things that tick us up at home. I am sure you have home pet peeves.
I get sick when dirty dishes pile up in the sink. Earlier this morning, I snapped at my husband at the sight of grimy dishes that could reach China. I may sound overreacting but last night, he asked me to sleep with my daughter early and he ensured me that he would take care of the dishes. Who would not be surprised? Some of you, for sure know where I am coming from.
My mom turns ballistic when she's greeted in the morning with the garbage that is supposed to be thrown in the evening.

I hate when my partner put the dishes next to the sink instead of in the sink it looks sooooo messy!

Hehehe yeah, he could actually put it straight in the sink. Did you ever ask him why he does that?

that's why we have a basin in the sink so we can soak the dishes, etc. it's horrible when bits of food, sauce, etc has stuck and dried on them.

Indeed. The grim and grease are pretty hard to get rid off when they get stuck on your dishes.

My pet peeve is the counter being dirty he never wipes his mess up..
