Aircon not good for skin

Understand that when we live in the city with hot weather, almost we need to use aircon 24/7. The truth is Aircon will absorb water, even the water in our skin. So our skin will get dry, this happen same situation when you live in cold country.
To protect our skin, we should use lotion to keep moisturiser enough. Fruits and vegetable also help to improve toner of skin.

I find the same thing in summer when the air conditioning is on. My skin does get dry

What is aircon, I am a lotion person so I am always applying lotion to stay smooth

@Dyvette16 but not too much. Just apply when yoir skin really need. if not they will be sensitive
