I always return to the Mediterranean after every diet I attempt. My family's heritage has always revolved around the Mediterranean lifestyle. So, I am quite familiar. The Mediterranean is about spending time with loved ones or friends while having a meal, also. There is no counting of calories. Just don't have the entire spaghetti bowl! Can you say bread? Yes, eat a lot of vegetables, beans and whole grains, do some exercise, get enough sleep and feel the love of family and friends.

Oh right now I'm to finish eating my vegetables. There seems to be some enjoyment of the sounds in which the birds are making here in Miami.

Since the day I was born we eat a "Mediterranean" diet, I was born in Italy, the country on the Mediterranean. I have also lived 30 years in the south of France, We saw the Mediterranean sea every day opening our windows.
