The Mediterranean

I always return to the Mediterranean after every diet I attempt. My family's heritage has always revolved around the Mediterranean lifestyle. So, I am quite familiar. The Mediterranean is about spending time with loved ones or friends while having a meal, also.
There is no counting of calories. Just don't have the entire spaghetti bowl! Can you say bread?

Yes, eat a lot of vegetables, beans and whole grains, do some exercise, get enough sleep and feel the love of family and friends.
