What is your preferred menu for eating healthy?

My menu for eating a healthy diet will include 2-3 servings of milk group, 3-4 servings of protein, 4-5 servings of Vegetables, 2-3 servings of fruits including at least one citrus fruit, 6-10 servings of bread, rice and cereal. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, avoid excessive fats, sugar and salt.

protein, vegetables, and healthy fats like coconut and olive oil. I avoid dairy and carbohydrates usually. Your recommendation goes against everything that educated physical trainers recommend to their clients.

Healthy fats - yes, but in moderation. I am not recommending this diet to those involved in heavy physical activities, body builders and sportsmen - they will require special tailor-made diets. I am speaking for general public.
