Weight Loss Day 4

Today is day 4 of my Weight loss journey and I am still on track.
I weight in at 14 stone 3.3lb this morning taking my total weight loss to 3.7lb so I now have 45.3lb to lose in 42 weeks to reach my final target and 3.3lb to reach my first target.
It was another day of cakes in work which I managed to avoid somehow.
I also forgot my fitness watch today which tells me how many calories I have burned so I don't now if I am under or over so I stuck to roughly the target for the last few days.
What I ate today:
Breakfast - 1 Crumpet and Butter 123 calories
Lunch - Chicken Broccoli casserole - 466 calories
Dinner - Chicken Sandwich and Jacket Potato with Tuna Mayo - 819 Calories
Evening Snack - Vegan Blueberry Muffin - 257 Calories
Total Calories - 1665
42% Carbs 27% Fat 31% Protein

Good luck in your weight loss journey. Sounds like a good day on your diet though!
