Ketofying High Carb Desserts!

Every December my family makes "Christmas candy". Some of those include; Tiger Fudge (one of my favorites), No bake peanut butter bars, soda cracker toffee, mints, fudge, etc.... Well....so far I have been able to make low carb (even keto) versions of the Tiger Fudge and the peanut butter bars. I think I even like those better than the real sugar versions. I know I could make fudge low carb, and I have a recipe to try for the mints. If you had to change your way of eating, have you ever tried to adjust a recipe to make it fit your diet?

I use a sugar substitute, usually erythritol. Doesn't impact my blood sugars (have tested after having desserts with it).

@andriaperry That's great! I used that in my Tiger Fudge recipe and it tastes so much like the real thing
