Tempeh or tempe is indonesian food, made from fermented soybean. It has a firm texture from whole soybeans. It's soybeans bound together by a white fungus called rhizopus oligosporus .
I've eaten tempeh cooked in a couple of ways and we Indonesian are grown up with it. tempeh ( justlike tofu) is palatable and cam be cooked in many ways, just frying it is quite simple but unbreakable.
