Good news...

Well I am on my toes and hardly getting any time to be online and mylot. It is Christmas time and all the charity and fund raising for NGO I volunteer is keeping me busy. It is another 3 weeks that I have commitment everyday. And my daughters have their basket ball game, exams and music recitation...to add up to the list in these three weeks. I am here mylotting just before calling it a day and hitting the pillow. I have ignored notifications for now and will get to them as early as possible. I just read a few discussions and responded to them. I will do more when I get time. But in all these rush I got a good news to share. I was nominated for Orange flower awards...it is an award for Indian bloggers and finally one of my blog has won in the section of health and wellness. That makes me feel on cloud Nine. The event was in Mumbai and I had to give it a miss due to personal commitments. The jury comprised of writers, editors and few Bollywood celebrities.Well I really missed a grand event and to receive my trophy on stage. But now I am waiting for the trophy,certificate and goodies to come in mail. Can't wait to hold it. Another badge to recognize my writing. The picture here is taken from their Facebook page showing me as winner. Great...they had 38 winners in 38 categories and near about 2000 entries. Feeling proud. And I hit the pillow with a big pat on my back. Good night.
