Well, maybe she looks more than 40, if one looks very close

@LadyDuck -It seems that many live long these days, and stay younger than our ancestors.. some who live in the Andes in Ecuador are much over 100 years old - they have perfect climate and fresh food all year..

@buenavida I do not know if she looks younger than 70, my mother looked a lot younger when she had the same age, I am 68 and thanks God I look a lot younger than her.

she is a Raw food Vegan I have one of her cookbooks very awesome food.

So what;s her secret? Mainly "a raw vegan diet. Second I think exercise"! I'll have to get back to it. I need to brush up on it.

Yes, these days we are learning so much about health and right diet helps a lot. Exercise, and even walking - according to Hippocrates - is good for us.

My wife loves to look young. In fact, most women do! My wife stains (color) her hair black once a month. She puts on make up . . I told her it is fine for me to see her natural old look . . . I told her to save her money in the bank instead of spending on those expensive make up stuff. She wears turtle necks to cover her old neck. Anyway, she seems comfortable (and happy) making herself look young . . . so, I just let her do her thing.

We are all different - I try to stay healthy with good food and food supplements.. I hope to live in a future paradise here on earth - I will be young again that time, and it is not far away, as we can read in the Bible. Isaiah chapter 11 - see jw.org and see why we can believe that it is possible..

At least she looks like she is healthy, and she feels healthy too.
It’s all in the slicing and dicing and the vivid colors of the veggies! Of course, a delicious dressing helps!
