Elementary concert funny moments

I just finished off the elementary concert. I am in charge of most of it, but the orchestra director had the elementary orchestra (22 people). She is not used to working with elementary students but she's a fantastic violin teacher. The two cellists both forgot their music so they played with empty music stands. Mostly they played a drone on G, which was fine except for the piece that was in A. One of the violin boys got onto stage and didn't realize he'd left his bow at his seat. So he put his violin up to his chin, fingered what everyone else was playing and waved his bow hand wildly in the air until an adult found and brought his bow. Two others had forgotten their music and were walking along the back row trying to see over other kids' shoulders. Fortunately, the part of the program I was responsible for didn't have anything quite that dramatic. What's the funniest problem you've seen in a concert?

That is so funny! I'm sure in years to come these stories will be told over and over.
