Carolina just went away: more apricots sold!

My granddaughter Carolina just went to her house with a bag full of apricots and leaving some in my big pot simmering.
She used up all my sugar so she´ll come on Tuesday to take her already made jam but will bring me plastic bags and sugar. They are not giving plastic bags at the supermarkets here and Leticia needs them for Luna´s poo. And I used all the sugar in the house. Thanks be given that Leticia uses those liquids with Stevia.
In half an hour maybe, Humberto and Dixie will come for apricots. They will be welcomed. My kitchen is a mess with apricot pits in sink and Carolina´s pot on the go. Life is not easy.

Great to be blessed with so many apricots, If I could be closer, I would buy a lot and use fresh and even dry, as they are so good and sweet without sugar. Stevia must be more healthy than sugar..

I still have dried apricots from last year so I will not dry apricots this year although I have a dryer.

Carolina your grand daughter will love having all those apricots. I am sure apricot jam will taste really lovely and fruity. There is an expensive brand that sells apricot juice. I am sure your kitchen will get to an even bigger mess with all those apricots. I hope Carolina's pot is ready soon.
