12 Days of Christmas ~ Lights & Fireworks

Here are some more fireworks that have been in the town square...as well as a shot of a firework I was able to capture.
The day after Thanksgiving every year the lights get turned on and then there is a 15 -20 minute firework show happens. We also have a firework show around the 4th of July...so that's awesome that our town does both.
Do you have a Christmas fireworks show in your town? How about anything else cool for the Christmas season?

We have fireworks on 5th November for Guy Fawkes. My disabled son is scared of fire works so I can't go to any firework displays. I did manage to see some fireworks outside from the street. I was born on 4th July so I would like to spend my birthday over in the USA. I live in England and in November it is cold due to winter. When I was younger I liked to see fireworks at a coastal event in sunny August. It was warm at that time of the year. I didn't know how to drive in those days. Therefore I needed bus and these didn't run late.

That's interesting to learn about celebrations in England...thank you for sharing. I am sorry he is scared of them, so you can go to the displays. That's good you were able to see some from the street though.

This will be my first Christmas in Daytona Beach. They will have fireworks on New Year's Eve.
