Oh, Bud Light, how I loathe your beer. But oh, how I do love your commercials! Pure hilarity! So, for laughs, I am counting down my favorite Bud Light commercials. We are at #7: "The Date." As guys, we know first-hand that it's often not easy to get a date back to your place. And if you do manage to pull that off, you need to be on your best behavior. You need to be suave, sophisticated, and polite, a true gentleman, all wrapped up in one package. Sometimes, it ain't easy! In this one, which became a multi-commercial campaign, Cedric the Entertainer plays a smooth talker who has managed to get his date back to his apartment. Soft music, a warm fire, and she's definitely into it. Unfortunately, when, at her request, Cedric goes to the kitchen for a couple Bud Lights, he allows his enthusiasm to get the best of him, with disastrous results. I STILL laugh very loudly whenever I see this. Hilarious!
