Hi guys, I'm hearing this video can you please let me know the few words he says in those gaps? At 0:39 some of the ____?___ the workers with the cleaning __?___ coming in At 1:05 plenty of windows, bigger _____ in the kitchen one unclear word here

At 1:05 "plenty of windows", then it sounds like not "bigger" but "make our way to the kitchen", then "newer countertop, newer sink, nice cabinetry...". That's what it sounds like to me. He does run his words together. Hope this helps.

the 1:05 is tough. Sounds like he says "then go into the kitchen"
