Good morning, friends. I am waking up to a sunny Sunday, the last of the year. Santiago, where are live, is still under a hot wave. That means lots of water for Luna and for myself.
I´m watching with half on an eye Extreme Couponing, a show that always makes me envious. This is another of the things that I don´t have in my country. And this is another one of the things that make me wonder how is is that some people in the US go hungry when there´s all this food almost for free.
After I mylot for a while, I´ll go check if I have ingredients to make a dip to take to Marcela´s house for New Year´s eve. Dixie told me that if I could not make the zucchini or eggplant pickles, I could take a homemade garlic mayonnaise with some crackers. I´ll see.

This is the Sunday evening here we have and we have our son and daughter in law at our place who came to attend the lunch.Having had the lunch they are resting and after few hours after having a cup of tea they will leave for their place situated 50 Km away fro my place. My wife will pack some Chicken curry and other things for them to have them as their dinner!

@marguicha , Yes, just few minutes back we received a call where they have expressed their happiness to have had such a nice dinner!

It's hard to believe it's the last Sunday of the year. For me the biggest thing I wonder, when watching those shows, is the patience of these people. I don't think I would ever have so much patience to take out all the coupons, plan the trips, and all.

I suppose that there are many incentives. Some need the groceries at a low price. For others it is a game. We don´t have tht here.

Is it too hot when it's Sunny over there in Santiago? My brother-in-law who lives there from a year now told me it gets so cold too, but I guess this time of the year is like Summer for you guys, right?

We are having high temperatures of above 30 at noon. And last winter it was very cold.

@jvicentevalera In march it starts getting colder. By may it is cold until September. Then we have a spring for around 2 months. December is our hottest month. I´d say that by February it is cooling.

I am sailing on board a ship off West African coast. Here the climate is hot too in Luanda. But back home in Goa, climate is very pleasant.

I can answer that for you...newspapers cost money to get coupons, printer and ink costs money to print coupons, not every library is within walking distance and not everyone can afford a bus ride to get there. Those coupons come at a price. I hope that's cleared up for you now since my family has been homeless and hungry before...
