Do people drive too fast in your neighborhood?

We live at the intersection of two roads in our neighborhood. One is one of the main roads of our neighborhood, the other road is the back entrance to our subdivision.
People drive way to fast on the road out of our subdivision. I am cruious what the Mylot team recommends I do.
What I've done so far:
1. Notified the neighborhood association. They included it in the newsletter (no change)
2. Notified the police, they patrol the area now, but not often enough
Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?

@DocAndersen People should be more careful, a kid or an animal can run on the road.

Always scary when people take advantage of others like that.
