Just read that a popular model was arrested for posing naked at Vatican

A popular Belgian model was arrested when she posed for a nude photoshoot at the Vatican. After her arrest and interrogation, the police reportedly searched the flats of the model and her photographer, where the search team apparently found wooden cross, fake blood, rosaries and a crown of thorns.
She is no stranger to desecrating sacred spaces. In 2017, she apparently spent some time in an Egyptian jail for her nude photo shoot at the ancient Karnak Temple Complex in Egypt. 
I simply can't understand why they do such things - money or publicity?

They would do anything for publicity and to be talked about, shame on her, I know she's not stupid to do that or maybe she is

At first when I heard that I thought well she might be doing some kind of Advert as a lot of them are almost without clothes on them.

@amirev777 No, she has not been arrested. The Italian police has come called by some people present there. They have asked the model to dress and to follow them at the police station. She has been formally accused, but not arrested.
