Isn't this the most gorgeous rose you've ever seen. I absolutely love this color. It has been my favorite color of rose since I can't remember when. One year I tried to grow some roses in this color range, unfortunately, they didn't make it. I bought the bushes, planted them, followed the care instructions to the letter and sadly they passed on. Poor roses. I am not a person with a green thumb. Plants just seem to wither away an die around me. Believe me I try but...I don't think they like me. As for my husband, he can grow just about anything. If I had him with me when I was trying to grow the roses I am sure they would have cooperated. How about you. Do you have a green thumb? Do plants seem to grow and stay healthy when you are around?

@HazySue I do not have a green thumb at all. I even killed a cactus. The flower in the picture is very beautiful.

Sometimes I really wish plants would stop wilting and dying when I am around.

The rose is a beautiful color. I do prefer pink, but killed more rose bushes than you can imagine. My husband has a green thumb, so I leave the plants and flowers in his care.

My husband does also. As for me, I am better off not touching the plants.

Yes it is gorgeous. I have a rose bush in my garden with pink blooms. It has been very easy to grow.

I'm not at all good when it some to gardening. It is a pretty rose but not my favourite colour. Here is a flower from my 'Olivia' rose-bush, named after Olivia Newton-John.

It seems sad that when I were young yes I could grow most anything. Now in later years I believe the plants feel my sadness and will not grow around me.

Sometimes I do think that plants can pick up on emotions.

That rose really looks beautiful. I am just like you, I don't have a green thumb. Everything I try growing do not make it.
