Don't waste your leftovers!

The holiday season is an example of how the leftovers can (and should!) be re-used, but unfortunately (and I have to say this is very strange for me), not all people like to do that. I particularly find it a great waste of food when people simply throw it away (by the way, that should be considered a crime ).Here at home, we are always looking for new recipes to be able to create something intriguing and savor something new. How about you, folks... What do you do with your leftovers?

as much as possible, we don't throw leftovers. there are so many [epeople who are hungry, why waste our food because we are already satiated?

Any day that I don't actually have to do full on cooking - I am happy and grateful for those leftovers! We got some tonight from my parents' house - it will last us probably 2 good meals .

We store them in the fridge. As long as they are not spoiled, we can reheat them.

I enjoy leftovers. It always means another meal and I won't need to try to figure out what to make.

Mostly we don't throw out leftovers at all, unless it sits in the fridge to long.

I would prefer to donate the leftover food to people who are poor and are on the roads. Also we cannot forget that some things are not available to be everyone one which is food. So if we are that lucky to get some good food to eat then we must be grateful to god

I make sure that I will only prepare less on foods that cannot be stored such as those cooked with tomato sauce. In our country lechon (roast pig) is very popular which cannot be finished in one setting so what we do is cook the left over in vinegar and onions and some sugar, this can last for a few days as long as stored in the refrigerator.
