Did you guys set any resolutions for 2019?

It's a popular trend to set resolutions for the new year that comes. I don't remember that I've ever done that myself.
Maybe I should try to do that this year. Perhaps it will help me accomplish things that I want to do and make changes in my life that are long overdue.
On the other hand, setting resolutions doesn't mean they will actually come to life... unless I act instead of sitting on my butt doing nothing to change my life.
Perhaps that should be one of my resolutions. To take action!

I didn't really but I would like to continue to eat healthy and do more walking and hiking. Hopefully that will help me lose some weight. Of course the hiking and walking outside will have to wait for the warmer weather.

That's a great resolution for the new year. I need to be more active as well. I actually went hiking this weekend. The weather was good for it where I was.
