It's time for another cup of tea, and to go with that, another tea flavor that I love. I'm notorious for my love of tea flavors. I don't like coffee, in contrast (even though I love the smell of fresh-ground coffee...go figure!). As Roger Miller said, it takes all kinds to make a world. So here's today's tea flavor.
#3: Peppermint Bark
The fourth and final mint flavor tea on my list is very high on my list. There's a good reason for that, too: not only does it combine chocolate and mint, it's herbal, meaning I don't have to worry about drinking it at night and having the caffeine keep me up!
Bigelow makes a large number of tea flavors; however, most of them aren't available in stores. The store shelves are usually reserved for their "big time" flavors like Constant Comment, Lemon Lift, Plantation Mint, and Earl Grey. Go to their website, however, and there's a world of flavors to be discovered and enjoyed.
I bought a case of this without having ever tasted it. It'd be difficult, if not impossible, to mess up a tea combining two great flavors. While Bigelow has a couple of misses (their chocolate chai is more chai than chocolate, for instance), their reputation as a fine tea company makes trying something not that big a risk.
And, needless to say, I was delighted. In fact, my most recent tea shipment contained another case (six boxes, 20 tea bags each box, so I'll be drinking it for a month or so) of this goodness.

I'll get yelled at for not using Ozzy's "Bark at the Moon" for my song today....
