I hate health insurance companies.

I have to do everything over again. All the paperwork, everything. The health insurance will cover a 90% of my eyelid surgery. Up to then, fine. I had followed everyone of the steps to get to that point. Except that in between it was Christmas, new Year and the doctor took some days off for vacations. So now I have to do everything all over again because the papers lasted until 3 days ago. Tomorrow I´ll go take the normal exams and tests before a surgery. And then I´ll start all over again with the estimate costs of the procedure. Even when they pay (not always) they are a nuisance.

It is very troublesome. But at least they can cover 90% of the charge.

@marguicha That's pretty bad. I know some insurance companies are very tricky. It is easy for you to pay for them and they can agree to anything. However, when you want them to cover the fees, then they have so many excuses

In this situation, yes. But I have had to pay most of it for a small skin procedure (to take away skin cancer). The health insurance declares it 'cosmetic surgeru'.

That must be so annoying. To miss out by three days.

And, I´m sorry to say this, but the company teaches the workers to answer in a really stupid way.

@dya80dya My health insurance company does not help with any medicine either.

@marguicha I can go to the ER, but I have to pay medicines if I need them. And I need medicine for anxiety.

They dictate to us and to the doctors what is for the best.
