Once upon a time, there is Mugger, He wanted to rob some money so he can use it for drugs or something. He saw a beautiful petite woman and she looks rich. He decided to point a weapon on her and do bad things to her. Little did he know, She is Polyana Viana. One of the best female MMA fighters and Martial artist. A picture paints a thousand words so I think you already know what she did to him. BTW Martial arts lessons is not enough. In able for a woman to beat a man, she needs to do muscle and strength training. No you don't need to look like a steroid monster. You just need to have lean muscular arms and legs. Imagine if she dates Chris Brown...... Source:
UFC strawweight Polyana Viana wasn’t messing around when a man tried to steal her phone in Rio de Janeiro.

That's good, self defence is something every woman should learn. If I have daughters I will train them since childhood.

@fluffy69 Apparently years ago, there is also another robber who tried to attack a female fighter not knowing she is a fighter. She triangle choked the guy with her legs as he scream for his life as she wait for the cops to come.

I am glad that this woman gave a good beat to this man. But the truth is many of us don't know how to defend for ourselves and we haven't learned anything of it yet, including men. As far as I am concerned, I think judo is something suits me as it seems it doesn't have a good strength but you can be able to fight for the bigger one.

Yeah Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be beneficial to smaller people because they can use the strength of the enemy against them. Krav Maga is also good for women because that Martial arts focuses on kicking the balls. I am not kidding, its all about kicking the balls.

All ladies must have this kind of ability to fight back when any one attacks them. It is good for their safety.

They dont need to be flashy and try to beat the guy, all they need is to hurt him and slow him down so they can escape.

@LadyDuck I am talking about the Afghan guy, he grew up in a country where women are not allowed to show hair.

@CaptAlbertWhisker No, you are wrong about this, because in the north of Europe they are not at all "sexually repressed", they were a lot more liberal already in the early 60's. When you talk about Europe you should know that the difference from Greece to Sweden is bigger than the difference from Mexico to North Canada.

Apparently this is the second time she got mugged and beat up a guy. She needs to leave to a new city to live in.
