Should flight attendants be tipped?

Flight attendants make our flight very comfortable and are multi-skilled. Do you think they should be tipped? Apparently Frontier airlines allows this on their flights. They could even have a tip jar on a flight so all tips are equally split. What do you think of this concept.

Actually nope as their pay is included in the air ticket fare.

But we do tip waiters and porters and cab drivers even though the price includes their salary.

I do not appreciate such practices. We are paying huge amount for travelling in flight and they are getting salary for their job as well. So it is not necessary to give extra money to them. It will be a bad practice for sure.

I've never seen this here and I wouldn't like to see it start. We pay enough for our seats as it is.
