Busy Tuesday (Jan 8th) / myLot

Today has been pretty busy here...got up and got the clothes together to go do laundry at vmy grandparents, and have been doing that since noon. Went to my nutrition appointment. It went well, she was pleased with my weight loss, and recent blood sugars. She recommends veggies, but doesn't get down my throat and say eat them or else. I still plan to start having green smoothies again though, so my carb count may go up a bit. I may also try some other veggies soon, but can't promise they'll be a part of my diet. Anyways, then we came back and made dinner. Tacos, I used a "low carb" tortilla shell. Not a keto product, but it is low carb and doesn't usually affect my blood sugar. Good news, my mom's plumbing issues are fixed, took them a week to come, but only a day to fix it. Also, her electric/water bill won't be as high as she thought, they are taking half off the price. So...how is your Tuesday going? I hope well for everyone! *Photo is of my nails, black with glitter polish over that.

Hello! I'm glad you got so much done and that you had such a productive day. Additionally, I'm happy that things went well at the nutrition office for you. It's good to see that your taking steps to improve your health. I also had a doctors appointment and it also went well. Today was a good day as I did a bit of shopping for my business. Need to do some work around the house soon so that I could be more comfortable. Speaking of houses glad your mother's plumbing got fixed. I hope everything keeps getting better for the new year for everyone!

@MommyOfEli2013 You're welcome, yes when you get to rest soon it will be good to rejuvenate your body and soul. We all need to do that to keep up with life. @fransmonlot Yes, that is true about rest....and no problem--I am glad your appointment went well too. And my doctor appointment will go okay, I just hope he lets me go 6 months between visits again lol

Thank you, just glad I get to relax now....well soon I am getting rest because tomorrow will be busy too. And thank you, I really am working on my health and diet this year. Glad your doctor appointment went well as well. I have a doc appointment later in the month. That's good your day was good, and you got some shopping done for your business. Hope the work around the house goes/went well! And thank you, I am glad too....so much better when that is finished and life can go back to normal
