Do animals find you? My LA buddy.

As a horse, I enjoy the company of humans. I find that, once they get over the fact that I weigh 1000 lbs, most people are kind to me. I remind them, often with a head butt, that I am an herbivore, and have no intention of hurting anyone, so long as they are gentle and reassuring with me. When in human form, I tend to be visited by animals that are present. When I was in LA for the Rose Bowl, we stayed at my music buddy's daughter's house. Their dog, an 8-year-old bull something-or-another, found me, and we had some serious ear scratching sessions. Do animals tend to find you when you visit a house? Due to years of experience, I am able to scratch animals until they purr or fall asleep, while engaging in human conversation at the same time. The photo is of my friend, Elvis. He's a bit of a love trollop, waddling around the house, looking for someone to pet him. But promiscuity is not a deterrent to me.

He's a true love trollop. His lower teeth stick out and he looks like he spent a life chasing parked cars. My kind of dog.

@Nevena83 I love how he just sits there and revels in your pets and scratches.

My horse talked back to me (she wanted to run all the time when she was younger), but we worked things out.

@1hopefulman Then you will have a friend for many hours. And sometimes a sleeping partner.

Yes. Yesterday, I brought my aunt to my dentist's clinic. Her clinic is inside her own home and there was a huge Labrador. My aunt got scared, but I told her it's ok. It was the first time i saw that dog and this adorable Labrador came to me and greeted me, wanting to be cuddled.

What a sweet doggy! Animals sense who loves them or not. You would know, being a horse. I love them and they love me right back. I consider myself an animal magnet. Just ask Doodles the cat or Orville the osprey.

@Plethos What does that mean, anyway? I prefer "Platonic" relationships with animals. And most humans as well.

You seem to have a special ability to engage with animals and make friend with them. Not everyone has that ability.

Yes, I love most animals and they seem to like me too. Not as much as my son though - animals are crazy for him, especially dogs.

I do too. When cats are involved, I'm not satisfied if we don't get a major purr going.

@TheHorse One time I slept over at someone's home and they had a cat. After 5 years the cat decided to come up and smell me and finally let me pet him. When I am on my scooter dogs either come up to me and want me to pet them or bark at me.
