Sounds and smells mark us in unique and particular ways. it's sometimes hard to explain why they can do this to us, so all we can do is feel them as intensely as we can.
Here's my TOP 05:
#01. The noise of rain;
#02. The smell of grandma's food;
#03. The smell of coffee;
#04. The noise of a child's smile / cry;
#05. The smell of a new book.
What would be yours? Or, what kind of sound / smell do you most enjoy listening to (if you don't want to post your TOP 05).

I don't know if I can make it to a top 5, but I do love the smell of chocolate, perfume, laundry detergent (yeah I am weird) and the smell of a phone when it's brand new. :$

Let's see the smell of freshly baked bread, the smell of perfume I associate with my mom who has passed on, the smell of rain coming on, the sound of rain beating on the rooftop and against the window, and the first beats of all my favorite songs when the anticipation builds and finally the sound of waves rushing to shore. You just made me feel very sentimental.
