I had several crazy dreams in the hours before waking. I could not tell you what they were. The only thing I remember is the last one and the ones before that were crazy.
I'm making a list for shopping. I'm thinking spaghetti and meatballs for supper tonight, but that might change. I was thinking a chicken pot pie casserole for tomorrow but the nephew is here and I am not sure if he'd like that.
Now I am thinking of getting bacon and eggs and biscuits. He loves those things.
Other than food shopping.. A family member expressed interest in watching Venom. I've already seen it but I can rent it on amazon. I'm thinking I might do that this evening and have a family movie night.
What are your plans?

@CarolDM I will look into it. I go to youtube and type "blackscreen sleep" and use those suggestions. I have the youtube app on my firestick so play it via my television.

I am reading, which transports me away and helps me forget the things on my mind. I love the sound of rain. I play a track on youtube every night, the sound of rain on a tin roof. I will fall asleep listening to it and wake up during the night to turn it off.

Speaking of dreams... I did a little test last night... yes, dreams fascinate me! Anyway, just before I closed my eyes, I told myself to dream about a girl that I went to high school with and a really good friend during those years. I wanted to see if it would work.
I didn't dream about that particular girl, but another who worked in the same school where I was volunteering. We were also good friends but at a different time period. Going to try it again tonight to see if I can see a pattern!!

Think about the girl throughout the day as well. Imagine what she looked like and the things you liked about her, things you had in common etc. That helps.
I don't just think it though, I say it aloud. Before I go to bed, if I want to dream about a certain thing, I say "I'd like to dream about..." and it seems to work best for me.

@Hate2Iron Good Luck! I hope it works for you. Trying to remember specific memories may help as well. It's all about jogging the subconscious.

I think he likes spaghetti. He's not overly picky about things, unlike his sister. We do things differently here. There's three of us here and we each have set days that we decide what's for supper. The other two always wants to order something, they never think to ask me to cook something. On my days? I cook unless I really don't feel like it.
Inclement weather is coming in and so I may be cooking for several days, which I don't mind. Today though, we may be able to order out. It's technically my uncle's day to decide on dinner.

I may go to church later this evening. I will have to get the bus which run only once an hour.
I might walk over here to the Natural Grocers to get eggs this morning but it is snowing..wont stop me if I really want to go.
Not sure what else for today.

I'm not glad he's here. No, that sounds awful, doesn't it? Don't get me wrong, he just loves to pester. He's 18 but he pesters like he's an 8 year old. He's asleep now so I have peace.
I really would like to get some laying hens but I need to figure out the city ordinances before I go to all that trouble.I have an uncle who can get me the hens though or tell me where to get them.

I had a strange dream that I somehow had a hand amputation and a new hand put on, but I wouldn't go to the doctor for follow up..
. I might be a little bit like that in real life..but not if I had something serious..! Going to the store later before the snow..after that just kick back.

We aren't getting snow down here, it's going to be an icy mess... blegh.
Yikes, that is quite weird! My last dream revolved around me on my stomach swimming around in an inch of water that was in the road outside my house. I have no idea. None what so ever.

Some of my dreams were nuttier than a squirrel the last couple on nights. One dream was that I was in a thunderstorm hiding inside a home.

I woke up remembering my dream this morning, VERY USUAL! I plan to stay in and clean house. Tonight's supper will be a hot turkey sandwich unless I have it for a late lunch.

A turkey sandwich sounds delicious. I am almost always cleaning something. I hate cleaning and so I clean a little at a time, makes it easier for me.

Oh, what are you fixing? It seems as if we might order in for dinner tonight, but I guess it depends on the weather. If it gets too inclement I'll either make breakfast for dinner or I'll make spaghetti and meatballs.

I've used services like netflix and amazon for years and enjoy them. I'm very picky about what I watch on t.v., so this and the On Demand Stuff my cable provider has, works for me.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I got the android tv box and uncapped wi fi the android box is programed wit my family cinema almost like netflix and the monthly fee is not bad $3.46 its south african rand 55.00 per month
