New Weather System

I woke early this morning, 1 AM, though I stayed in bed trying to go back to sleep until 1:40 when I gave up and realized if I went back to sleep then, I wouldn't make it to the pool. So, I was here very early this morning. I have since had a two-hour nap and now, I'm raring to go.
The sun is out, and the temps are plummeting. When I got up early this morning my knees were good, no problem. Since getting up from my nap, they are letting me know the new system is on its way.
Yesterday, I was hopeful I would see snow tomorrow, even for half an hour. However, though some places in Wisconsin will see snow, Green Bay won't. Snow has been pushed back to Saturday and again will last only a brief amount of time.
Though the new system won't affect us today or tomorrow, the fact that it's coming is felt. I think in many ways my knees are better forecasters than the weather people, though I would be expecting the storm to affect me as my knees do.
As the gentleman at the pool says, getting old isn't for the young. Does your body tell you when a storm is brewing? Thanks for reading.

Since I changed my diet my elbow doesn't seem to be bothering me as much. I hope you get your snow.

We got snow yesterday, thank you. We have a huge system covering Wisconsin, though it isn't touching Green Bay today. Still, my knees are painful.

Yes my body let's me know, and it's my left knee and head will be like a giant balloon with a bunch of pressure.
