How do you tell people about a scam site

Just tell them plainly that it’s a scam site.

I post it on Facebook pages

You can start topic about it at forum sites. People with whom you are in contact you can tell them by sending message online.

There are sites like Trust pilot where you can give reviews and rate sites.

If you simply want to warn Mylotter's about them then simply write about scams and include a modified URL. What I would do is instead of using www. anything .com is ANYTHING DOT COM, that way you are not infringing on Mylot guidelines. I've learned to be careful about how I write urls in my posts.
