Yesterday night, while Dixie and Humberto were with me, an earthquake started. I run. Humberto told me it was small, but Dixie checked online. In the north of Chile it has been big. And worst of all, it caused a lot of damage because many house were still made of adobe. Today I read that over 60 replicas had been felt and that the earth had caved in a good neighborhood in Peñuelas. Later on, still other news said that over 70 buildings had damages in La Serena. It was a big earthquake as damage goes

May God protect Chile. I heard there was a massive earthquake years before. I hope it does not happen again. Stay safe @marguicha :)

I wondered if you had felt it. I'm glad you are in the different area. I hope those who have to rebuild or repair will be able to do it in good time.

Yes. Some of the damage had to do with it being near the coast line.
