I have a mole (bumped) above the upper lip and very close to where mustache grows. I’m on a hurry while shaving and accidentally hit it by the razor. No pain yet so I continue to shave the remaining hair only to notice that the mole was bleeding and became sore. That’s for the first time. I blame myself for being so careless. I’m worried for a bit but I do not have time to look over the internet about the risk during that period. I just get a cotton ball and hold it there for few minutes to stop the bleeding. It was not dampen with alcohol because apparently it would hurt more.
It was a relief to learn later from an article at Healthline that there’s nothing much to worry about when bleeding is cause by an injury and just require simple procedure to stop the bleeding.

That is painful, I also have a mole near where I shave so I cover it with my finger when I do, I also need to cut the hair that grows on it.

It is said that it would be a cause of concern when it bleeds for no reason or without being injured. I have many moles and those that grow in my face are mostly bumped. I just examine them from time to time to look for any changes in size and color. I hope so too that this will not cause to something.

@ZedSmart Yeah that is too hard to have a lot of moles on our faces since we need to shave our hair. Some people decided to remove the moles on their face but I'm not 100% sure if that is purely safe or not, and it's still better to keep everything same.
