What if the tech giants IBM and AWS merged?

I have been noodling that question for a while. There are a number of issues to be considered. Over the next few days, I will share some of my initial thinking on this. Today the first question in this series... 1. Would the US government even allow such a merger?

They have already allowed to merge too big companies. Would they allow? May be, it's always a matter of what they get in exchange.

@DocAndersen I have seen mergers in Europe that should have not been allowed, but the Governments agreed.
