Artist Paul Simon's donation for special needs students in Portland

Musician Paul Simon, 77, who is retiring from doing concert tours is leaving a positive imprint on the city of Portland Oregon by donating $10,000 dollars to the Portland Public School system.
Half of the donation will go to the Community Transition Program (CTP) so students with special needs can learn how to cook with professional chefs as their guides.
Thelina O' Daniel who is the principal of the CTP is happy that Simon's donation will be used to assist students with special needs develop skills of cooking to take it to adulthood.
