My Backstreet Boys DNA album came cracked...

I bought two tickets to the Backstreet Boys concert from Ticketmaster and with that came a free copy of their new album DNA (CD). Each ticket was eligible for a copy, so when I was redeeming for the CD, I got two of them. They just came in the mail. I was all excited but then I saw the terrible packaging and got a bad feeling that something wasn't right... I opened the packaging a bit and tried to take the CDs out but, when doing that, I felt something sharp against my finger. I took my hand out and ripped the packaging more and that's when I noticed that both of the plastic CD cases are cracked. And I found one cracked piece lying by itself, which means that's what I had touched. I am mad as hell. I don't know who shipped the CDs but they could have made sure the packaging was good quality before they shipped stuff out. I don't want badly cracked CD cases. Gonna open both of them to see if the CDs themselves are okay.
