My Favourite Fried Rice / myLot

I think the simplest food menu to make is cooking fried rice. There are many recipes for how to cook fried rice, ranging from family recipes, recipes from Google to the recipes themselves, and of course there are many toppings to choose from. What i love the most is friend rice with pork meat. It's easy for cook. Usually I choose maling (I 'm pork in small tin) so I can cook my fried rice faster. And egg for toppings. Instant and it's super delicious. If I prefer pork fried rice, my brother choose other toppings. He loves to eat seafood fried rice. He said it's so delicious, especially if there are prawns in fried rice. And my sister prefers fried rice with vegetables only because she thinks it's healthier. What about you? What do you like for fried rice?

I like almost all fried rice but my favorite is chicken fried or mushroom fried rice.

Fried rice is SOOO good. If I want to make it authentic, one of the secrets is to chill the rice and fork split it while frying it in the oil with all the other goodies. But you CANNOT go wrong with fried rice. Not in a million years.

I also like fried rice combined with any kind of combinations you have mentioned, but better if all combined in one...so its all there...simple and yummy just like the picture, great...
