Sometimes it's good to be lazy.

Laziness is a capital sin for many people, but in fact, is not it good to be lazy sometimes? What is the problem with that, anyway?
Everyone needs to have these moments where doing nothing is the best thing to do (especially if you have a very difficult and tiring routine).
So, be lazy when you need to and don't care what people think of you.

I agree with you. People need some time to relax after a hard day or hard week or hard time. They need to unwind.

That's what I talking about. People need to understand that.

I think we all need down time and I don't think it's being lazy as much as self-care! If we are constantly on the go and doing things, we are not taking care of ourselves.

@WiseGhots I try not to wait until my body screams and instead just let it give me a little whisper to slow down a bit!

I take a lazy day when I want. No guilt here about it.

Nothing wrong with being lazy as long as you still get up and do what needs to be done.

I am lazy quite often but I guess it comes with being retired.

Oh yes, it can be quite healing, but like so many other things, as long as it doesn't become habit
