I pay attention to what goes on around me and what others are saying, not to be nosy, but because it's hard to get answers around here, the staff at the shelter is very busy. I happened to be in the right place at the right time to FINALLY meet the housing counselor of one of the programs that helps pay for deposits and such. And just so happens that the person she was coming to see this afternoon is not here. I took it upon myself to make my introduction. She probably will forget my name, but nobody forgets my purple hair. It's not just because purple is my favorite color, in places like this you got to make a mark. So prayers are welcome from all of you as I begin this next phase of my journey. I'm hoping to have us a home by the first of March, and hoping even more that my other half is back to me by that time. I hope this happy accident is a sign of a wonderful weekend to come for all of us!
