I comment on almost every response. If I get really short responses like "Nice post" or a response that only consists of an emoji I don't comment back, but I comment on the rest of the responses. I enjoy having a conversation with the people who respond.

I try to. Sometimes I don't have the time or sometimes there is nothing to add or react. Depends on the comment writer :-)

I try to respond with a comment that is open ended when I respond to a discussion. This will make it easier for the writer to give a reply. Thank you, and nice post, really don't require a response. When my discussions get comments I always try to respond to every comment. Sometimes it might take me a day or two. In the last few months I've been busy and much less active on mylot.
