Are you left-handed or right-handed?

Most people are right-handed. The minority is left-handed, but... What about the ambidextrous like me? I'm part of a very small percentage that can write equally with both hands. Yes, my friends... I can write with both hands (with the same kind of letter), but please, don't call me mutant.

My father could do the same. He was born left handed, but in the old days, there was this belief that right handed people were brought about by the devil. So children that were left handed were trained to use their right hand to cast the evil out.

Wow, I wonder why people had such odd beliefs and fears?

@BloggerDi No idea. That was back in the 40s. It doesn't exist anymore.

You mutant! I'm proper-handed. Or port-handed. The right side of the brain controls the left side of the body, so only left-handed people are in their right minds.

I am right-handed. During earlier days, some were more comfortable being left-handed but were coerced to use the right hand. That is not "right"! siva

Good for you. Vince isn't ambidextrous but does some things right-handed and some things left-handed.

Oh I think that it's great that you're ambidextrous! It means you're special, not a mutant! I am right-handed and my husband is a lefty. I think it's interesting that our son is a righty and our daughter is left-handed like her dad.
