Welcome February, What are your Plans for Valentines

Celebrating Valentines is what most people are looking forward to when February comes. This is the month where we express our love and affection to people dear to us, and showing we care and think of them.
For somebody single like me who will not be expecting some fresh roses from a romantic partner I will be spending the night with some ladies who will not also be expecting fresh red roses lol
We have booked seats for a stand up comedy show.
A college classmate will do the task of sending valentine presents to my far away friends about 852 miles away. She's into this business and she sends me new designs every year via messenger for me to choose from.
How about you? How important is celebrating Valentines to you.

Yes I've heard that from my cousin who married a Japanese, she also told me of white valentine or sort of on feb 13, do you know this?

It has never been that important to me at all. Even when I was still single. When I was young, it's usually just dinner with my parents and siblings. When I was single, I never really dated on valentine's day. I don't know why I just don't see it as an important day at all.

@florelway True. I always see Valentine's Day as a highly commercialised day. I surprise my love ones at any day when there's no special occasion. I think it's much more appreciated that way.

We don't celebrate Valentines with my boyfriend. Celebrating Valentines is not a tradition in my country. A few years ago people started to celebrate it here, too. But it is still a new thing here.
