Mystery donor pays off the water bills of furloughed employees in Oklahoma

A mystery donor came to the rescue of Federal government employees who were on furlough during the shutdown by paying the water bills to the Yukon Oklahoma city hall officials.
The reaction of the furloughed employees who were having a hard time paying the water bill for January when they found out that their water bills were paid for them was priceless.
The Yukon city laws allow two deferments to the citizens of the town. Who was the mystery donor who paid for the water bills for the furloughed employees who came to City Hall to pay their water bills in not known at this time.
