I do. Many times but this time, I use it very late for my coughs and colds. Just forgot about it even if my ref has a few 100% essential oils from Germany.
I use essential oil like pepermint, lavender, roses for my aroma therapy and massages. Most of the time, I use them for my diffuser.
How could I forget that pepermint essential oil is good for my lungs, for my breathing in general. You see, I have just used my diffuser with peppermint oil almost a week ago. When my visitor from the Netherlands with her baby flew back to Europe. Maybe it was my instinct who told me not to use it as it was not good for a baby under 3 years old to breath it. They were sleeping with me in my room as it was the only room with aircon.
Now I am feeling better everyday using my peppermint essential oil diffuser.
Do you know that peppermint essential oil is commonly use in a thermal spa? Spas use this essential oil which diffuses from the walls and ceiling of the thermal room. It really helps those who have bronchial problems and asthma like me.
Anyway, I am using this often times in a day. It refreshes my mind and clear my lungs.

I use a lot of peppermint essential oil at home. Its very good to help children concentrate while studying so i use lemon and peppermint oil in their rooms. I use it in the kitchen to keep ants away. I use it in my homemade lip balm to get a fresher feel.

@thelme55 maybe I will buy a diffuser and those essential oils for my mother who is having a really hard time breathing from allergies. She is going starting in March to a doctor once a week for shots. She’s allergic to grass and dust the most. The last year my allergies have been awful too to dust. I constantly have a runny nose, post nasal drip and feel achy and exhausted sometimes with chest congestion.

@shaggin yes, you can try it for your mother. It is aweful to have allergies. I am allergic to dust too that is why I know how you feel. I don't have a runny nose but my eyes become red and itchy as well as my face. I try my best not to scratch my face when I do shopping as some shops are dusty. I immediately wash my hands and face after shopping.

I knew it since I started learning about aroma therapy and the health benefits of 100%essential oils @shaggin. When we were living in Ireland, we have been to a spa and they used peppermint essential oil for their aromatic steamed room. It was really good. Since then I use diffuser at home especially when I have coughs and colds.

Yes, I will be fine. In fact, I am recovering now. I just hate it when our neighbors burned their garbage which included plastic things like shopping bag and so on. I have to hide to my room every time I smell the burning garbage. It really hurts my lungs @hereandthere.

@yoalldudes it is called diffuser or essential oil diffuser or aromatherapy essential oil diffuser. Of course you can order an electric diffuser but it is more expensive than the not electric one.

@thelme55 I surely will, in time. What do I call that burner when I order online or is better to use an electric diffuser?

Maybe you can try one day @florelway. I wonder if 100% essential oils are sold in the Philippines.
